Educational Program:
HollyDELL serves students ages 3 to 21 who exhibit physical challenges and may or may
not have cognitive difficulties. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure environment where learning becomes a
life-long process, leading to as much independence as possible.
Partial inclusion and/or transition to the public school is utilized when a student is ready. Our mission
centers on the belief that all students need a form of mobility and a means to communicate. HollyDELL
employs NJ Department of Education certified teachers of the handicapped, licensed occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists and registered nurses.
Community, Living, Leisure, In-School Program (CLLIP):
As part of the educational program, the CLLIP program at the HollyDELL provides
community-based instruction for students ages 12 to 21. We believe that community integration and
instruction motivates students to acquire life skills in a natural environment. In addition, the integration of
physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language therapy provides essential components of the
program, all leading to the student's success.

Twenty-One Plus Program (T.O.P.):
HollyDELL offers an adult day care program provided through a DDD grant for individuals 21 years and older. The T.O.P. Program offers individuals the opportunity to participate in community- and recreational-based activities with their peers. Client-to-staff ratio is 3:1, with full time nursing services.
Growing Opportunities (G.O. Program):
HollyDELL's G.O. Program is available through the Division of Developmental Disabilities' Real Life Choices initiative to adults who are 21 years and older. The individual and his/her family design each individual’s Real Life Choices plan. We offer both center-based and community-based individualized services that include tutoring, job skills training, job sampling, volunteer/community service, entrepreneurial job endeavors, personal care/physical assistance services, leisure/recreational activities, transportation, and supported employment services.
S.C.O.O.P. (Speaking Candidly on Our Perspective):
S.C.O.O.P. is a panel of six to eight individuals who are dedicated to educating, motivating, and inspiring others to look beyond differences and appreciate the humanity in all of us. Individual members of the panel share personal life experiences and stories that enable the audience to more fully appreciate the challenges faced by differently-abled individuals. The S.C.O.O.P. panel is available to speak to schools, youth organizations, colleges and universities, non-profits organizations and businesses, as well as to give workshops and other presentations.
